1. What is your character's name?: Bex
2. What kind of character is it? (furry, anime, etc) and any particular race?:
Can be either anthro or feral. Dominant genes are from a brown hyena, though markings of spotted hyena are present.
3. What is the first thing your character would think of when he/she first wakes up?:
Possible ways to deal with possible bad situations that will most likely arise that day.
4. Your character's favorite outfit would be?:
Mainly dark colours and usually adorned with many buckles, chains or spikes with the essential long, black coat. Not uncommon for her to have a black hat.
5. When your character looks into a mirror, what's the first thing they would notice?:
The state of her hair and eye make-up probably.
6. Does your character have the same tastes in food as you?:
Yeah, only more exaggerated... In that she has food obsessions more so than just preferences. I.e. Eggs are always good...
7. How is your character similar to you?:
In almost every way. Personal appearence much exaggerated in parts of her markings. Personality/Disposition and opinions are similar yet less broad and more apparent.
8. How is she/he different?:
In that she's able to wield an axe without getting into trouble? Her personality is quite obviously altered depending on it being night or day. Not the same age as me.
9. If your character could speak, would they have the same voice as you?:
Same use of language, but different sounding voice.
10. If you were to suddenly become your character, what do you think would be the first thing you would do as them?:
Use that axe, wisely... See how much fear/awe I can arouse from folk.
11. Is there something about your character that you don't like how others think of them?:
Wouldn't know yet... under new design.
12. What advantages does your character have over you?:
Naturally better senses and, again, the ability to use weapons with at least some competance. Can get away with having quirks.
13. What disadvantages?:
Yanno, I can't actually think of any... o_O;

Yes... pity the word 'secret' means I can't explain what it is. xD

Probably not, especially not Bex specific ones.
16. Do you have any plans for your character or are you working on something big relating to him/her?:
She developes as I do, therefore, her future is unknown. May introduce more elemental significance.
17. What misconception(s), if any, do people have about your character?:
That she is purely an axe-murderer and so must be evil. Wrong, she has two very different dispositions.
18. If you could have just ONE characteristic from your character, what would it be?:
Swirly, silvery markings! Or, or... bah.
19. Have you made any characters that go along with yours, based on real-life people, that have the same relationship with your character as you with the real-life person?:
Nope, not intentionally based on IRL people and certainly not with the same connections.

Not, yet... Mahah.
21. How has your character changed since his/her first creation?:
She's in 'version 2'... Previously, I had no logic or set design to her markings/features/colour scheme.

Yeah yeah, I know it ain't exactly an update, but if you're bored enough to read it, then friends may find some interesting info in it.

1] What is your pen name?
Umm... LS = Lady Shanya = o>-- or, Bex

2] How did you get the name?
LS was a character's name years ago when I first got into anime. It's actually a typo of the name 'Shayna', but I left correcting it so long that it'd be odd of me to suddenly do it now -_-

3] Do you use PC or Mac?
Laptop. And mine owns most PCs I've seen

4] What software you use most often?
Used to be Painter Classic. Now I've upgraded to Photoshop 7.

5] Do you use mouse, or tablet?
Tablet, 'tis a lot less strain on my wrists.

6] The color you use most often is?
Erk. Umm... probably white... most of my pics have much white in them because I'm too lazy to do backgrounds

7] What area of the pictures do you put most effort into?
Depends on the picture o_O; Not the background though.

8] How long does it take you do draw a picture?
NO idea. Never less than an hour unless it's a random doodle on someone's schoolwork before they notice what I'm doing.

9] Do you keep your rough drafts?
Yes... not because I want to or that I like them, but simply because I'm too lazy to clear up scraps of paper when I'm done.

10] What kind of font do you use most often?
For anything creative, usually Papyrus - Small, neat and easy to read whilst still having a nice hint of creativity. xD

11] What's the dpi when you scan?
When I scan? No idea, whatever it sets the default as.

12] Do you do anything else when you're drawing pictures?
Chances are I'll be listening to some fitting music, and, probably texting a furrend with my emo problems. xD

13] How many pictures do you draw in a month?
Can I, or, do I? I CAN draw many pics in the space of a month, if I had the time... therefore, I actually DO very few.

14] What kind of paper do you draw your pictures on?
Usually depends on what size the pic needs to be, or wether I be colouring it on me 'puter or not. Generally I'll use anything without lines on it... I hate to waste paper.

15] What kind of paper do you use for sketches and drafts?
Oh... okays... see the above question.

16] How long does it take to ink something?
Much less than half the time it took to draw it -_-

17] Do you do doujinshi or original manga?
*blinks* NO idea what that doujimabob thing is, but, I rarely do manga anyways... though I'm sure if I could do it I would.

Doubt it. Not a proffessional publication that's fo' sho.

Nope, well, it did when we had our own school magazine... ehehheh.

I liked Card Captors... But any Miyazaki films are awsome in general.

From a manga, or? Dunno, honestly couldn't think right now.

Used to, used to read much as well... nowadays I blame lack of time again. Yeah.

Hmm, may have done, although it prolleh wasn't a concious/intentional thought.

RP games, like 'NWN' & 'Golden Sun', which I worship. Strategy ish good as well, like 'Black & White' or 'Age of Somethingorother' etc.

All the Golden Sun character concepts are awsome, but I can't pick one character from anything that'd be classed as a 'favourite'.

*grunts* Me. There, happy now!? Nah, Garry Kilworth & Brian Jacques are nifty people I suppose.

The Redwall series... or, anything about animals and fantasy action/adventure can't go far wrong.

Naahh.

Depends on the subject & my mood. 'Twill usually be ambient sorta music, or songs that are emotionally appropriate for the character/subject.

Aside from DA, the White Ninja one 'cause it's updated pretty frequently.

Veeery rarely.

Mindless stoof. Simpsons is good, Lost, Corrie... such things.

Depends what you class as 'expert'? I can get by with what I do know, which seems to be more than yo' average 'mom' anyways.

Who doesn't? Being paid to sit and draw... spiffing!

Umm, location manager or makeup artist. All my other choices involve concept art.

Wow, loads. I like a lotta Disney ones, then there's LotR, Secret Garden, Purple Rain, Sound of Music & Mary Poppins and any manga by Miyazaki.

No. I'm way to lazy and egocentric to spend precious time drawing for someone else. There, I said it.

Interesting. Probably... I suppose I try and make pics harder to imagine than they need to be.

When it involves having to research something for school.

If you hated having a website, surely you just wouldn't bother? But anyways, I dun think I'd like it if someone decided to hate-mail me about a website's content or something.

The diversity of information it holds and the crazy, convenient capabilities it has. Plus I gets to meet and talk with many decent people. Luff y'all.

The fact that it can be used as a place of slander and to breach people's privacy, in whatever form, be it stalkers or spyware thingies.

Woah... Can't remember at all.

I hope so xD Yeah, guess it has, in that I mainly create things on the 'puter now and I'm beyond drawing one character pose and modifying the clothes to make another

Through either total accident & experimentation or my desire to try something different, then ending up liking it.

Waaay ahead of ya. Almost every day I suffer it. Usually occurs when I ignore a sudden burst of inspiration.

I rarely manage to! Depression helps sometimes... but then, all I draw is, him... which isn't nice... ¬_¬

I gets agitated and angry with self.

To pass my driving test promptly, then somehow afford a sufficient house... both without lifting a finger to get a job. Yah, impossible I know. 'Tis nice to imagine though.
